Please sign up to donate a case/box of the following items for this weeks middle school meet. Some items have multiple quantities needed so multiple families can donate or a single family can donate if they choose.

Cases/Boxes – Quantity requested
Water bottles – 6
Gatorade G2 bottles – 3
Coke cans – 2
Diet Coke cans – 2
Sprite – 2
Dr Pepper – 2
Snickers – 1
Skittles – 1
Granola Bars – 1
Variety box of small bag chips – 2

Costco or Sams Club are great places to buy some of these items in case or box quantities.

Whatever isn’t sold this week we will hold to sell at next weeks CPMS meet on the 20th.

Items may be dropped off at my house at 1115 Rowley Dr. We need items delivered preferably by Wednesday night, but the latest by Noon on Thursday.

I will make sure they get up to the high school.

We also need volunteers to run the concessions Thursday from 4pm to 9pm. We would like to do 2 shifts.
4pm-6:30pm – 2 adults with 2-4 athletes

6:30–9pm – 2 adults with 2-4 athletes.
