We have identified a fundraising opportunity for our CPHS Track and Field Booster Club. There are 2 CP Middle School Track and Field meets over the next two weeks (13th and 20th), at our high school track.

We need a volunteer to lead the concessions. Tasks would include organizing and gathering the donated concession items from high school track parents. Please let me know if you will volunteer to help lead this?

Once we have the list of concession items identified we will send out a signup sheet for donations. This will help provide 100% of funds raised to go the our T&F Booster Club.

We will also need volunteers from our parents and athletes to run the concessions stand, so please check your calendars and reserve these evenings to help out. We will send out a signup soon.
